Trapper's Cabin with spa - Glamping stay in Gironde
Here's an ideal solution to turn your Glamping stay into a moment of discovery & adventure, and to take full benefit of the comfort & well-being.
Typical of the forests of Quebec, Canada & USA, the Trapper's Cabin perfectly finds its place in our unique Estate, in Gironde, near Bordeaux. Its traditional aspect hides a significant comfort. Its large terrace gives you access to the Nordic bath (big wooden barrel with heated water, like a large hot bath in the wilderness), where you will spend unforgettabe moments of pleasure & romance.
History of the Trapper's Cabin with spa
This lodging comes originally from North America (Canada, USA). The Trapper's Cabin takes its name from the hunting traditional technique in Quebec, the trapping, for the animals fur.
It's a wooden construction with walls made of massive trunks, uncalibrated, only debarked & stacked. The tree boles are interlocked.
This unusual lodging has been built directly on site, using the traditional method. From the wood species to the insulation system, including the green roof, the lodging has been thought of by placing ecology at the centre of its conception.
