To ensure you full-comfort stays in our glamping site, we created several services & options in order to facilitate your daily life
Whether it's about your daily organization or your leisure activities, everything is planned to take full advantage of your unusual experience near Bordeaux !
To book before arrival
Cancellation insurance
We have selected for you Campez Couvert, in order to offer you the best insurance in case of cancellation or anticipated interruption of your stay in our unusual lodgings. This insurance is not mandatory and can be added to your booking at the time of your reservation (extra cost of 3,5% of the total amount of your booking, excluding tourist taxes and booking fees).
It allows you to cancel/interrupt your stay and to be refunded in full if the loss or damage are covered by the insurance policy.
Please note that in case you don't subscribe to the cancellation insurance for your stay, it's therefore our Estate's Terms & Conditions that apply for each cancellation request.

Kota Grill rental
The Kota Grill is a Finnish hut, traditionally used for meals by the fireside in a convivial setting. In Domaine EcÔtelia, you can live this unique experience in a private space ! Bring your meal : you will decide your evening freely, in a cocoon that recalls the great northern territories. Rate for the evening : 50€, with a laid table, utensils / charcoal included and the fire ready to start.
Bike rental
Gironde & Aquitaine region are full of cycle paths : leave your unusual lodging to explore them ! Bike rental service is provided by one of our partner, who delivers them on site and returns to pick them up. You only have to contact him to book your bicycles. His contact details are available at the reception. The access to the cycle paths is located a few kilometers away from the Estate and is accessible to children.
Massage service
Complement your stay in a Tree House or any other unusual lodging with a delicious massage break ! This wellness service is offered within the Estate.
Baby equipment
You are enjoying a unique & unusual stay with your family ? From the Tree House to the Yurt, our lodgings are child-friendly. We also provide the necessary equipment if your family has a baby or a small child. We can supply a high chair and a baby cot for 5€.

Bar / Grocery store local products
Are you looking to have a drink or enjoy typical regional products ? You can do that within the Estate thanks to this welcoming space where you will find hot & cold drinks, ice creams, foie gras, pâté, wine, organic & local products... To taste on site or in your unusual lodging ! The bar has the same opening hours as the reception : from 9.00 am to 7.00 pm (until 8.00 pm in July & August).
Breakfast included
During your stay in your unusual lodging (Tree House, Caravan, Pod...), breakfast will be provided every morning by our team, with a smile ! It will be delivered directly to your accomodation between 9.00 am and 10.00 am (to agree together at your arrival).
Your breakfast is composed of bread, butter, jam, toasted bread, apple juice, viennoiseries and a warm drink. Bread & viennoiseries are delivered directly by our baker and are made from organic flour. For a delivery before 9.00 am, we invite you to contact us before your arrival in order to suggest an alternative. The breakfast content can't be changed depending on different diets.
Wifi Access
You are willing to stay connected during your stay in a Tree House / unusual lodging in the Aquitaine's nature ? It is possible thanks to our Wifi access, available for free in the common spaces : reception, terrace, community kitchen, and recreation room. The connexion to the network is in fact very simple, free and fast, no code is needed ! Therefore, you will be able to communicate with your loved-ones or follow the progress of your projects, even during your stay in an unusual lodging.
Laundromat
You are coming with your family, friends, with children ? In Domaine EcÔtelia, no problem ! No matter how long your stay lasts, our washing machine (extra cost of 5€) enables you to do your laundry freely. We can also lend you a clothes drying rack, an iron & ironing board. To benefit from the access to the laundromat, we invite you to come to the reception where our receptionists will give you your washing capsule.
